Some solder visible around the opal setting to reverse, opal possibly a later replacement. Some solder visible around brooch pin, possibly later added or a converted jewel. OPAL Displaying green, yellow, orange and indigo play-of-colour. Some light abrasion visible under 10x magnification, conchoidal chip eye visible. ENAMEL A few areas of enamel loss/damage eye visible to edge of brooch. DIAMONDS Diamonds bright and lively, a few rose-cut diamonds with small chips visible with magnification.
