DIAMOND PENDANT, CIRCA 1925 Old brilliant and brilliant-cut diamonds, approx. 0.70ct total Some diamonds later replacements French workshop mark JB, French assay marks Accompanied by later chain Lengths: pendant 3.6cm, chain 40.0cm Weight approx. 6.0g Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION Light surface wear to unhallmarked white metal - testing as platinum. Maker's mark (JB flanking an indistinct vertical motif within a horizontal lozenge) and French assay mark (dog's head for platinum) each stamped twice to edge of pendant. Clasp stamped PT 950 ITALY. Clasp secure. DIAMONDS Diamonds displaying some typical inclusions, predominately under 10x magnification - principal diamond with eye visible, surface reaching inclusion to table/crown.
