[this copy] turned up in a sale in 1979 sandwiched between two folios and I spent three days of viewing pushing it in, out of sight... I needn't have worried as no one was really interested and I got it for £26. I have only seen one other copy, not so good, and I had to pay £150 for it in 1984!'
