(small pieces of cf. gone), joints split, corners bumped, old name entries on fly-lvs., a bit foxed in places). NOTE: Second English edition (first 1650). The only important pro-Catholic history of the revolt of the Netherlands against Hispano-Catholic rule, covering the period from 1555 to 1580.
